Plan B -
Installment Plan 

Advance at the time of booking Rs. 1,00,000
At the time of signing agreement 35 % of BSP (Inclusive of advance paid)+ST
60 days from agreement date 15 % of BSP +ST
120 days from agreement date 15 % of BSP +ST
180 days from agreement date 15 % of BSP +ST
240 days from agreement date 15 % of BSP +ST
Before handing over of villa 05 % of BSP + ST +all other charges

* Prices are firm and escalation free
* Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company.
* Price ruling at the time of booking & acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
* Other charges as detailed in the agreement shall be payable additionally.
* Villa will be completed within 18 months, however the planned schedule for completion of
construction of each villa would be 10 to 12 months from the date of agreement.
* All cheques and demand drafts shall be drawn in favour of "HARITHA HOMES", THRISSUR
