Note:
* Prices are
firm and escalation free
* Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the
discretion of the company.
* Price ruling at the time of booking & acceptance by the
company shall be applicable.
* Other charges as detailed in the agreement shall be payable
additionally.
* Villa will be completed within 18 months, however the planned
schedule for completion of
construction of each villa would be 10 to 12 months from the
date of agreement.
* All cheques and demand drafts shall be drawn in favour of
